The customer bears the costs for the return.

To submit a return request, please log into your account and select the item you would like to return. When logging in, please use the e-mail address used for the order.

Please return the item in question and place a new order.

Right of Withdrawal

As part of our right of withdrawal, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. The statutory right of withdrawal, which all EU consumers are entitled to, remains unaffected. The following rules do not apply to the statutory right of withdrawal for German consumers.

If you would like a refund for your items but are unable to return them to us for any reason, then we reserve the right to decide whether to refund the value of the goods to you.

The consumer will be reimbursed the shipping costs in the amount of 4.90 euros in the event of an effective and complete cancellation using the original payment method. We will issue a refund once we have received the goods back or the consumer has provided proof that they have sent the goods to us.

The shipping costs will not be reimbursed in the event of a partial cancellation, since the consumer would have incurred shipping costs of the same amount for the partial delivery that the consumer did not cancel.

Would you like to return an item?

We hope that you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason this is not the case, you can return any purchase (including sale items) within 14 days of receipt. The customer bears the costs for the return.

Once we have received the goods, the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days. This assumes that the goods are clean and undamaged. To keep you updated, we'll confirm receipt of your return and when we've processed it.

Any refund will automatically be credited to the payment method you used to pay for your original purchase. All returned items must be in their original condition. We carefully inspect all returned goods and will return any defective item back to you.
