SHIPPING AND PAYMENT TERMS

The following conditions apply:

• The goods are delivered worldwide.
• The customer always bears the shipping costs. The only exception is the order of goods with a value of more than 150.00 euros.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries

• Germany:
  Standard (1-3 working days): €4.90
  Express (1 working day): €19

Deliveries abroad

• Austria:
  Standard (2-4 working days): €11.90
  Express (1 working day): €29

• Switzerland:
  Standard (2-5 working days): €14.90

• Europe (EU):
  Standard (3-7 working days): €13.90

• United States (US):
  Standard (4-10 working days): €29.90

• Worldwide:
  Standard (4-10 working days): €39.90

All orders are shipped with DHL and require a signature upon delivery. DHL usually delivers on working days between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can specify an alternative delivery address when ordering, e.g. B. your work address.

Express shipping

If you order by 1 p.m., your package will be handed over to DHL on the same day and delivered on the next working day.

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 4-10 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
