Shipping and payment terms

The following conditions apply:
The delivery of the goods takes place worldwide.

Domestic deliveries

Germany:
Standard (1-3 days): €4,90

Express (1 day): €19

Worldwide deliveries

Austria:
Standard (2-4 days): €11,90

Express (1 day): €29

Switzerland:
Standard (2-5 days): €14,90

Europe (EU):
Standard (3–7 days): €13.90

UNITED STATES:
Standard (4–10 days): €29.90

Worldwide:
Standard (4–10 days): €39.90

All orders are shipped with DHL and must be signed upon delivery. DHL usually delivers between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. on working days. You can specify an alternative delivery address when ordering, e.g. your work address.

Express shipping: If you order before 1pm, your package will be handed over to DHL the same day and delivered the next business day.

Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 1-2 days, for international deliveries within 4-10 days after conclusion of the contract (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account is debited upon conclusion of the contract.
