Right of withdrawal 

As part of our return policy, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect the statutory right of withdrawal to which all EU consumers are entitled. The following rules do not apply to the statutory right of withdrawal for German consumers.

If you want your items refunded, but for some reason cannot send them back to us, we reserve the right to decide whether we will refund the value of the items to you.

The consumer will be refunded the return postage costs of 4.90 euros in the event of an effective and complete withdrawal to the original payment method. We will arrange a refund as soon as we have received the goods back or the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods to us.

The reimbursement of the costs of delivery in the event of a partial withdrawal will not take place, as the consumer would have incurred shipping costs in the same amount for the partial delivery that the consumer did not withdraw from.

Would you like to return an item?
We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return all of your purchases (including reduced items) within 14 days of receipt. The customer covers the costs for the return.

As soon as we have received the goods, the returned goods will be reimbursed within 14 days. This assumes that the goods are clean and undamaged.

So that you stay up to date, we will confirm receipt of your return and when we have processed it. Any refund will be automatically credited to the payment method you used to pay for your original purchase.

All returned items must be in their original condition. We check all returned goods carefully and send any items that are not in perfect condition back to you. For more details on our return policy, please click here.
