Which countries do you deliver to?

How will my package be delivered and how long will it take to deliver?
All orders are shipped as standard with DHL. In Europe the delivery takes 1-5 days, the delivery time beyond Europe is 10-20 days. DHL usually delivers from Monday to Saturday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. There is the option to enter an alternative delivery address.

How can I track my order?
As soon as we have sent your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track the shipment by email.

Can I change my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, contact our customer service as soon as possible. You can reach us at or +4915259625202. In the event of cancellation, we will issue a refund to your account.

What payment options are there?
We offer various payment options. With PayPal you can choose between a credit card and a registered PayPal account. Via Sofort or Giropay you can pay directly from your bank account via online transfer. There is also the option to pay with Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express. Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Payment will be debited from your card as soon as the order is placed.

Where do I insert my discount code?
When you go to the checkout, you can enter your discount or voucher code on the right side and click “APPLY”. If the code does not work, please check your input. No additional spaces or other characters may be added.

Are there sales or special deals?
If you subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Instagram, you will always be up to date. We will announce offers for special occasions and sales campaigns there in good time.

What does “preorder” mean?
Items marked with “Preorder” are purchased via the online ordering process like all other products. These are goods that can be pre-ordered. What do I have to consider when returning?
As part of our return policy, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt. Since we are a small company, we unfortunately cannot accept any return costs. For more information on the cost of return shipping, click here.

All returned items must be in their original condition. We carefully check all returned goods and send any non-faulty item back to you.

How long does the return and refund take?
It may take up to 14 working days (weekends and public holidays excluded) before we receive your return. If we have received the return, we will check and process the goods within one working day.

You will be informed of the receipt and processing of your return via email. If you have not received it after the 14 working days, contact our customer service. We then need proof of return and a list of the returned items from you. Any refund will automatically be credited to the payment method you used to pay for your original purchase.

When choosing our fabrics, we attach great importance to quality. It is important to us that our articles are manufactured to a high quality. We produce in Portugal and Turkey in family businesses that have many years of experience. There is a lot of passion in every part and is checked personally by us. With proper care, our designs will stay in your closet for many years.

How should I maintain my articles?
Proper care varies from item to item and depends on the material. On the respective product pages, under “MATERIAL & CARE”, we give you information.

What does “oversized” mean?
The majority of our designs are “oversized”, which means they are looser and wider. Choose your normal size for an oversized look. You can find numerous styling ideas on our Instagram account.
