CUSTOMER SERVICE, OFFICE MANAGEMENT (PART-TIME)

We are looking for a person responsible for customer service, community management and office management.

You have experience in dealing with customers and partners, have a chosen and friendly way of expressing yourself, are interested in fashion and want to work in a small start-up? Then you could be a good fit for us!

What awaits you:

• You are solely responsible for running our customer service on all platforms (email, WhatsApp, phone, Instagram).
• You keep an eye on our store ratings (Trusted Shops) and react when necessary
• You take care of orders that are needed for our office and warehouse (drinks, shipping items, etc.)
• You work closely with our management and take over small tasks if necessary
• Research and implement new trends in customer service

What you should bring with you:

• Professional experience in customer service and community management
• Strong communication skills
• Patience and empathy in dealing with customers
• Fluent written and spoken German
• Good written and spoken English
• Affinity for fashion is a plus
• Independent and effective work should come easily to you

WORKING STUDENT / PART-TIME POSITION WAREHOUSE/SHIPPING

We are looking for support in shipping and our warehouse management.

You have experience in shipping processes, working in the warehouse and want to be part of a modern fashion start-up?

• Recording and processing of returns
• Receiving and checking goods
• Maintenance of the warehouse
